Component Level Repairs/Replacement

Upon diagnosing a problem, if a component level repair is needed, you will receive a telephone call from us detailing the issues found and an explanation of options available to you.

If a hard drive is found to be failing, a full back-up and recovery is possible providing the hard drive is not damaged to the point of not being able to read the data using the latest in data recovery software.

You will be provided an up to date and detailed analysis of the repairs your computer needs to get back into action.

• In most cases, a repair can save you the cost of buying a new computer
